Ttoren Flats, located at 44 N Beacon St in Allston, MA, is a 30 unit metro-sized residential development.

The building incorporates sustainable and energy efficient design – with Armorwall PLUS, Amberline triple pane windows and complete rainscreen assembly.  The main façade element are porcelain panels in 2 tones – selected size uses a 18” tall x 36” module, from which the entire façade was coordinated to minimize material waste.

One of the newest towers on Manhattans west side is utilizing our 3M AVB system within __ floors of unitized window wall.  A key component of window wall is to have all concrete slab edges fully protected and waterproofed. This product was selected via a design assist process with the façade team to use a product which does not rely on separate primers to be applied, helping to facilitate a speedy install process of the receptor system.

A 7-story, 34 unit multifamily project in Roxbury, Boston, MA. It will be the first ground-up mass timber Passive House project in the City of Boston. The project combines the multiple benefits of mass timber construction and Passive House design. Utilizing the Amberline windows, and our structural insulated sheathing system.

Mixed use project in Providence, RI. Utilizing large format rainscreen cladding --  The front street façade has a rhythm of bays clad in large format technical porcelain.  The panels are fully designed, engineered, cut and drilled prior to arriving on site.  Install is made simple with a continuous rail rainscreen.  On the upper facade portions large format KOL panels were also predrilled and cut then installed using exposed fasteners – color matched to the body of the panels.

This beautifully elegant tower is Alvaro’s first project in the USA.   Concept to the façade was pristine limestone cladding. Arranged in linear strips on the windows facades and in a herringbone pattern on upper and shear walls.   Trimstone honeycomb panels cover over 100,000 SF of the entire building..  These panels are thin, light, easy to install and made in the USA.

This cutting-edge multifamily development in Quincy, Massachusetts, elegantly showcases the use of Ceraclad medium density fiber cement siding, paired with Amberline windows, to achieve a sophisticated urban aesthetic. The Ceraclad siding, with its smooth texture and sleek reveals, harmonizes with the Amberline high-performance aluminum windows, known for their energy efficiency and clean lines. Together, they create a facade that is both modern and durable, reflecting a commitment to quality and design excellence in urban architecture.

This mid town Manhattan office building needed a new identity to help drive commercial tenants.   Working with the design team these triangular shaped multi-faceted panels are set off the original façade on a grid of vertical aluminum tubes…  These elements create depth and shadow lines giving a fully 3D effect.
